Booking Policy
Before Booking
All Party Packages are now booked through our booking website. We will not accept bookings until you have first scheduled a free consultation. Consultations last for 60 minutes typically depending on the event. Gas mileage is not included in packages price! Please feel free to contact us if any questions!
Deposits
Deposit secure dates! A 50% non- refundable deposit of services before your date is booked. Payments are either taken via online through our booking website with square, debit or credit card (a 3% fee is applicable for credit card payments) or zelle. No American Express payments are accepted. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDAABLE! If weather permits or life threatening events happen, your event services can be transferable out to 1 or 2 weeks.
After Booking Infomation
All payment balances are due the day of the party. Payments can be paid by square, Zelle, debit or credit (there is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions). American Express is not accepted! We will contact you 7 days before your event to assure there are no late changes in your event. No colors, themes, or venues can be changed after your event has been booked without a small fee.
